take boat nr 2 to piazzale roma. In piazzale roma step out and take boat nr 1. Step out in San Stae and walk straight until "calle del Tentor" on your right. In the middle of this street you will find our B&B.

Fantastic place, I'd recommend this to all my friends
- Great central location: 0.5 miles from the train station and 1 mile from St Mark's. - Clean and charming establishment, especially the rooms. - There is a rooftop deck, which is a great place to drink a morning cappuccino. - Staff is very friendly and helpful - Frederica was a wonderful host!
- Front door can be confusing to find/open the first time - especially if you don't read they instructions they send you.
